The Wayne County Board of Elections will meet on the following dates in 2025.  All meetings will begin at 10:30 AM except on Election Days and as otherwise indicated.

All Wayne County Board of Elections meetings are open to the public and held in the Metzler Room at the Bord of Elections offices at 200 Vanover Street, Wooster.

• Tuesday, January 21 – Preliminary Allocations (ballots, ICX, PEO) > 90 days
• Thursday, February 13 – Certify Candidates & Issues for Primary/Special
  
• Thursday, March 6 – Certify Write-Ins for Primary/Special
• Thursday, April 10 – Final Allocations (ballots, ICX, PEO)
• Tuesday, May 6 – PRI/SPEC ELECTION 3 p. Hospitals/7:30 p. Election Night
• Friday, May 16 – Address provisional & absentee ballots
• Monday, May 19 – Address provisional & absentee ballots (Rescheduled to 5/16)
• Tuesday, May 27 – Certify Primary/Special Election
• Thursday, June 12
• Thursday, July 10 – Preliminary Allocations (ballots, ICX, PEO) > 90 days
• Thursday, August 14 – Certify Candidates/Issues for General Election
• Thursday, September 4 – Certify Write-Ins for General Election
• Thursday, October 9 – Final Allocations (ballots, ICX, PEO)
• Tuesday, November 4 – GENERAL ELECTION 3 p. Hospitals/7:30 p. Election Night
• Monday, November 17 – Address provisional and absentee ballots
• Monday, November 24 – Certify General Election 2025
• Thursday, December 11
