If you wish to receive an absentee ballot in the mail, it is only necessary to complete ONE Application for Absentee Ballot. 

PLEASE do not send multiple applications into our office. 

If you wish to vote in person (either early on on Election Day), please DO NOT send in an application. 

The postal service indicates that it may take 2-9 days for mail delivery.


When you receive your ballot, please remember....

...use blue or black ink not detach the stub

...complete all the information on the ID envelope

...seal your voted ballot in the ID envelope

...seal your ID envelope containing your voted ballot in the return envelope proper postage on your return envelope and ensure that it is postmarked by November 2


...use our convenient drop box outside our offices at 200 Vanover Street, Wooster - NO POSTAGE NEEDED!




IMPORTANT DATES for General Election 2020

  • The registration deadline for the General Election was October 5                                                                                                                                                                                                       
  • October 6, 2020 - Absentee Voting (by mail & in person) begins

                   DEADLINE  for Absentee Application is NOON, October 31 but we suggest getting it to us ASAP in order to 

                        ensure you receive your ballot in a timely manner and have ample time to vote and return your ballot.  

                   BALLOTS must be POSTMARKED by NOVEMBER 2
