Special Election - May 4, 2021

  • There will be NO PRIMARY ELECTON!

  • There will be a SPECIAL ELECTION in the following Districts for ISSUES ONLY:

    • Village of Burbank                           SAMPLE BALLOTS

    • Sugar Creek Township                  HAVE BEEN POSTED!

Polling locations in these jurisdictions ONLY will be OPEN on Tuesday, May 4 from 6:30 a.m. - 7:30 p.m.

    • Located at Canaan Free Will Baptist Church 
  • Sugar Creek Township
    • P. Graham Dunn
    • Dalton Presbyterian Church
    • Kidron Community Center

 

IMPORTANT DATES

  • Absentee Voting begins/Early Vote Center opens Tuesday, April 6 - Click here for Early Vote Center Calendar

  • Deadline for requesting an absentee ballot is Saturday, May 1 at NOON

  • Absentee Ballots must be postmarked by May 3 OR returned to our office by 7:30 p.m. on May 4

 

Our convenient, secure drop box located outside our offices can be used

for the return of absentee applications and completed ballots

  • Filing Deadline for Independent Candidates and Municipal Judge - May 3

  • Filing Deadline for Non-Partisan Offices - August 4

  • Write-In Deadline for Non-Partisan Offices - August 23

  • Registration Deadline - October 4 - our office will be OPEN until 9 p.m.

  • Absentee Voting begins/Early Vote Center open - October 5

  • Deadline to request an absentee ballot - October 30 at NOON

  • Absentee ballots must be postmarked by November 1 OR brought to our offices by 7:30 p.m. on November 2
